keeping cool

london is full of sunshine and warmth at the moment which is keeping me out of the kitchen but in the garden. my favourite way to keep cool at the moment is by exploring some new loose leaf teas i have bought from the rare tea company. their mix of malawi teas were what caught my eye originally, not surprising given i grew up there, but today it’s the silver tip jasmine tea that is brewing in my pot, ready to be enjoyed in the lovely cups i bought on the isle of wight last summer, made by local potter molly attrill.
