club cocktail
based on a drink served at london’s milk & honey, this is an aromatic and elegant drink which allows me to indulge my kitsch side, with the maraschino cherry garnish.
stir with ice, 2 shots light rum, ½ a shot sweet vermouth, ½ a shot extra dry vermouth, ½ a shot maraschino syrup, 4 dashes of angostura bitters and ½ a shot of chilled water. strain and serve in a martini glass garnished with a maraschino cherry.
