eating & drinking in Frankfurt

Time flies – I’ve now been living in Frankfurt for over five years! Finding my feet within the city’s food world has taken time and I’m still looking for things to fill gaps while also discovering new things. When we moved, finding information about good places to eat in the city wasn’t easy beyond generalist sites such as tripadvisor, yelp and google, which I find to be very hit and miss.

So here are my recommendations - where possible, I’ve tried to give you a number of different options. The places listed vary a lot but are all places that I have tried and will happily visit again, as well as recommend to you.
