ritz fizz

the ritz cocktail wasn’t the only ritz drink we tried last weekend – this beautiful ritz fizz is, i think, more of an acquired taste - you need to be a fan of almonds given its use of amaretto - but it is oh so pretty to look at.

½ shot of bols blue, ½ shot of disaronno amaretto, ½ shot of lemon juice is poured into a chilled glass, topped with champagne and gently stirred. garnish with a rose petal.
