lamb shawarma revisited

having used most of my roast lamb leftovers to make pilaf the final pieces of meat were used to make shawarma. normally i’d have served this in pitta breads but i had an abundance of corn tortillas spilling out of my cupboard so decided to use these instead. absolutely delicious and worth a try if you haven’t had shawarma before.
