malawi gin & tonic

"I'll have an MGT, please" was one of the things I knew i'd be saying when i arrived in Malawi.

the Malawi gin is a bit of an acquired taste but it becomes infinitely more drinkable with the addition of a few drops of angostura bitters. it also takes on a beautiful rose hue.

since getting home I've been drinking my g&t's Malawi style - i thoroughly recommend it.
