a perfect sunday supper

i wasn’t going to bother with a photo or blog post about this but it was so delicious i couldn’t resist. ‘tis all very simple – i continue to love the river cottage pizza dough for my base and it was topped with a garlicky tomato sauce, scrunched up pieces of parma ham, paper-thin slices of home grown courgette, peppadew peppers for a spicy kick plus a finishing sprinkle of mozzarella.

a perfect sunday evening supper, eaten in the garden with blisters on my hands (the front hedge is now looking neat and tidy again) and a glass of red wine. plus David. bliss.
